Chat room issues

Hello,

i cannot contact anyone in the chat, if someone is writing to me , i only the the 1 ...but no message. I use windows 7 with chrome, but still tried out firefox and opera too.

Nothing worked !

What could be the solution .....i cleared the cookies and so on

I'm still having same problem as others can't view PM. I have windows 10 on Chrome. Both are up to date.
I've done all that others advised and no luck.

Anyone who has reported a recent issue with their chat account on this topic, you should be ok.

Hello, I have the same issue that I can't see direct messages with up to date Firefox on both Windows 10 and 8. I tried logging out, deleting cookies as well as all the other things suggested in this thread.

When I click the Globe icon for the Directory, I get You are not authorized to view this page.
