How to request removal of content (un-registered users)

We always comply promptly with legally compliant DMCA removal requests for member uploaded files, in order to make it easier for you we provide all the info required, & a check list, below.

To help avoid any further delay you should use the check list to make sure you lodge a fully compliant notice first time, non compliant notices may be ignored.

1. Identify yourself as either:
a: The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
b: A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. State your contact information, including your real name, street address, telephone number, and email address.
3. Identify the particular ORIGINAL SOURCE website URL/s of the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, (that's your links, not ours), or if a large number of works are appearing at a single website, a representative list of the works.
4. Identify by it's URL(s) the material on our site that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, to which you are requesting that ImageFap disable access over the World Wide Web.

Always cite the exact URL (the "address" or "location" of the page as shown by your web browser), always beginning with http://www.imagefap.com/photo/ or http://www.imagefap.com/pictures/

Note:
If you have multiple links put them in a list in one email, sending multiple notices in a short period of time may result in them being blocked by the system as spam/abuse.



5. State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
6. State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
7. Please also note that under applicable law, 17 U.S.C. 512 (f), any person who knowingly, materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
8. If you have multiple links put them in a list in one email, sending multiple notices in a short period of time may result in them being blocked by the system as spam/abuse.
9. Email the notice to support@imagefap.com

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Please keep in mind, we can process claims submitted within the body of an email more quickly than those submitted as PDFs.

Personal images


Note:
We'll remove photos that you report as unauthorized as long as the reported content involves you, your child (under 13) or another person for whom you are the legal representative or guardian.
We will not accept privacy complaints filed on behalf of other family members (e.g., husband, wife, cousin, brother, sister).
Photos involving anyone else will need to be reported by the individual themselves, or we must receive documentation that the reporter is authorized to act on behalf of the person whose photos are posted.
Also keep in mind that we're more likely to act on a privacy complaint about images that have not previously been posted anywhere on the internet.

Do not send multiple complaints on the same issue, or your emails may be marked as spam

Each complaint must ALWAYS have at least the following information, or it may be ignored


1. Identify yourself as either:
a: The person in the image, or
b: The legal guardian of a child or dependent in the images/gallery.

2. State your contact information

3. Please indicate the information you wish to report:
a: My image is shown
b: My full legal name is shown (Please include the exact location, within the title, image or gallery/image description)
c: My child or the person I represent is shown

4. Provide the proper urls to locate the content on our site, or we will be unable to locate and remove it.
It should always look like this: http://www.imagefap.com/photo/....../ or http://www.imagefap.com/pictures/.........../


5. Add the following statements:
"I have a good faith belief that this content violates my privacy or the privacy of the person I represent"
"I represent that the information in this notification is true and correct."


6. Email the notice to support@imagefap.com
