Please run the following tests within the same minutes, but not at the same time ofcourse.

2. What is your download speed from mirror locations?
http://mirror.nforce.com/pub/speedtests/100mb.bin
3. What is your traceroute to imagefap?
Linux:
"traceroute http://www.imagefap.com"
Windows:
start -> run -> "cmd" <enter>
"tracert http://www.imagefap.com"
Please also run the same for "mirror.nforce.com".
4. Since when do you experience this?
5. Is this only at certain times during the day?

8. Are you sure you have disabled all firewalls/antivirus applications or atleast added http://www.imagefap.com to the whitelist?
