Database thinks 35 year old woman is under 18?

Lately I've been posting about 6 pix of various girls in various poses. About half the time when I get to the side view, I get this message:
"That content is forbidden. You tried to upload 1 times. If you reach 5 tries-> your gallery would be closed."
All the other views of this girl are uploaded successfully. In all cases, it's obvious the girl is over 18. I've even seen it for a 35 year old woman. Is this fixable, or should I just not upload side views?

I've had the same thing happen when it comes to pics of my wife... She is over 50.... and although I have brought it to Admin/Mods attention I have had a complete Category of her remove including the galleries inside and/or single and multiple pics removed. Also when uploading pics of here I've get the same message as you..... so I just gave up uploading her pics....
