Upside down profile pic and gallery question

First, when I uploaded my profile picture, it shows upside down. I uploaded an upside down picture, and it still is upside down.

1. how do i correct this, or delete it?

2. I created a gallery, but clicked it as private, but would like to make it public. I can't find a way to do so. Do I have to delete and recreate the gallery?
