Double whammy question

1st question is can you make a gallery stay at the top of your profile page no matter how many galleries you add, for want of a better word I guess you could call it a "sticky".

2nd question, re order imgs, it never works for me, I'm on an android is that the reason?, I do drag and drop the img I favour but it never works!
