Working fine for me, so I have to ask the obvious questions first:
Are you uploading a ZIP file or a 7Z file? 7Z files are not allowed. The easiest way to do ZIP files is through Windows Explorer: Highlight all the files you want to zip, then right-click and select "Add to 'generatedarchivenamehere'.zip" or "Add to archive..." if you want a different name. DON'T CHANGE OR ADD A DIFFERENT EXTENSION NAME! Leave it at .zip or delete it if you want.
Are you uploading file formats accepted by IF? Only these formats are allows: JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, ZIP.
If you can post a screenshot(s) that would also help.

Japavidols hit the nail on the head. One of the images in the zip file is of a type that Imagefap doesn't recognise.

Go through your archive and make sure that all the images are either .jpg, .gif, .bmp or .png.

That being said I've occasionally had the site not recognise an acceptable .jpg file. If you can identify the file causing the error and remove it from the archive the upload should continue normally.

One tip on when a JPG doesn't work: Try opening the file in an image editing program (Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and just save it again without editing the file. Usually, but not always, that makes the file work for me. More often than not it works.
