Server error when reporting spam account

I'm getting a 500 Server Error when trying to report a spam account/gallery.

This very same gallery keeps getting posted over and over by spammers. Their "member" name is always the url for their websites.

The 500 error has been coming and going. The tech guys know about it. And that gallery (and ones like it) keep showing up when people make new accounts. We usually are able to delete them pretty quickly.
