We only give technical- and email support to users with an (unfinished) imagefap account



One simple request, include your username and/or userid in the email.

Unfortunately we do not own a crystal ball and it takes too much time to figure out who is writing to us.

Emails without username will be returned to sender, unanswered

--Errors when registering a new account

If the confirmation email, takes you to an empty page:
This happens when you request a new confirmation email for older unfinished accounts (created before 2010)
Send an email to support@imagefap.com and we will help you to finish the registration


If you do not receive an email containing your username and password within 24 hours please send a message to support@imagefap.com

Most of the problems occur because invalid email adresses are used when registered or because some providers are considering our (automated) emails spam and block them.
Providers known for blocking:

rock.com, mail.com, att.net, sbcglobal.net, email.com, myself.com, operamail.com, usa.com

Only solution for those users: change your emailadress by sending an email to support@imagefap.com.


After receiving your email containing your username and password:
Log in with the new password (we advise to use ctr-c/ctr-v to prevent mistakes)
(If the computer generated password doesn't work, contact support@imagefap.com)

Some users receive the message "invalid uid". Most of them are able to login after a short waiting time
(If the problem isn't solved within 24 hours , contact support@imagefap.com)
Using Firefox/Mozilla should solve this "invalid uid" problem (added 2010-08-14)


The first thing you must do is change the password you used for your login, to your own unique password.

--Go to My Fap/ Personal/ My Details.
--Go to tab "Account" where you must type, and for confirmation retype, your own unique new password.
--Click "save profile changes" and the job is done.

After changing it, your password will be no longer visible in your details. This is for security reasons.

This is an optional feature shown on your profile that flags your account, proving to your fans you are male or female. This process is mainly for ImageFap's performers that upload personal content to the site.

If you want to verify this for your fans, sending images of cars, dogs, models, etc will not give us any proof about your gender, and will always be rejected. It only proofs you didn't understand what this verification is about.

Include your username in the image. You can do this by showing your imagefap profile (username must be readable), or by holding a handwritten piece of paper with your username on it. But there always has to be proof of your gender in the image. Don't care what you show us as long as we can see you are male or female. So we don't have to see your face to proof you are male/female
Use you imagination

We do NOT request any personal information, so don't include your passport, drivers license or other personal data in the image.

Images we believe to be faked will always be rejected



Spamarrest verification

Our email is filtered by Spamarrest.

When you send an email to support@imagefap.com for the first time they will send you an email and ask you to use the link they provide. By doing so, you proof to Spamarrest your email adress is a valid one. Only verified emails will be forwarded to Imagefap.

We use this only to protect ourselves from receiving spam.

--Limit to amount of images in a gallery (2009-10-02)

Even though our FAQ says otherwise, the amount of images in a gallery will be limited to 1000, which will make the galleries easier to browse.
Galleries uploaded after 2009-11-02, vastly exceeding 1000 images, will be deleted without warning


We are not able to provide technical support for the following issues:


--Re-order images doesn't work

This issue will be solved in future update

--Delete comments shown on profile

Deleting comments on profile does work with Firefox

Deleting comments on images does work if you click on the image in your gallery, and delete the comment

This issue will also be solved in future update

--Request for membership clubs not working

This is known to be an IE problem, it should work with Firefox
