3. Each user is limited to 3000 pictures uploaded by day.

Is it possible to limit the amount of Folders a user can make as well? Sometimes you see users upload 20-30 folders in one go, with a limited amount of pictures in each, that is just as bad as trying to upload thousands of pictures in single galleries.

Personally, I wouldn't care if some user uploaded 3 million photos per day as long as other users could totally block that poster AND their uploads from showing.
