Imageview statistics not working for new galleries?

Remember when I said that as of a few days ago I was missing 111 daily galleries from each of 4 folders?
Today I am seeing 10 of the 444 missing folders.
It looks like the propagation or whatever is going on might last awhile.
At least something's happening - Thanks!
I'll check again toward toward the end of the week.

Hi everyone,

The stats section of the site has been worked on. I can't say for 100% its fixed. To do that I would need to know how popular you are. And log in to each account. That would be too time consuming and not give me accurate results.

What should be happening is that any recent galleries you uploaded - those should show the correct hits / views and add correctly.

Galleries uploaded between October and (around) February 14th will show stats changing. But those 6 months of views will not be added to your total count. In other words we can't reverse time.

Let me know what your stats look like. Please no complaining. Constructive posts only please. Lets get this task done

Bonjour, decidement rien ne va plus dans l'affichage des statistiques.... en fait de statistiques il ne s'agit ici que d'un processus de comptage et d'incrementation par date.... j'ai franchement du mal à comprendre comment on en arrive à de tels errements... dans la journée je vous communiquerai les resultats sur mes galleries....

You're moving in the right direction. Helpful to know that we should eventually be able to rely on stats gathered after 14 Feb.
I took a look at my daily numbered galleries, that are right now up to #578.
Taking a look at my Cute Girl galleries, when I do stats by gallery for dates from 15 Feb to present, this is what I get:
Columns are Date posted, GalleryID, Gallery Name, views shown in stats, Actual count of views in the gallery.

It makes sense that #577 from two days ago has more views than #578 from yesterday, because there is an extra day for folks to discover it. What makes no sense is the severe dropoff before #576.
So I actually went to two of the galleries and added up the views under each of the 24 images.
Note that views for #577 is pretty close. But actual views for #574 from three days earlier is way higher than the statistics views. You'd expect that view for a gallery posted 3 days earlier would be higher because people had more time to find them.
I won't bother you with stats from other daily folders, but they look remarkably similar; the last 3 days look "real", then a rapid dropoff.

It's my hypothesis that the actual stats are slowly "propagating", and that a week from now we'll have over a week of reliable stats. I'll keep looking.

- le 17-11-19 j'ajoute une 16eme gallerie, pour verifier sa prise en compte... faute de prise en compte j'interromps le chargement et vous avise de ce disfonctionnement...

Same here, but if I select from 2/20 or earlier to today, I see views for every day.

On a side note but somewhat related, view counts for individual images are still incorrect. The first few images in a gallery are probably somewhat close, but not beyond those. I have pictures with comments or ratings that still show 0 views even the next day.

I just noticed that the stats seem to be working ... sort of ... and that you are still having some issues and you want to know what our stats look like.
What I have noticed is my Older galleries are listed TWICE in the stats with the same ID# but different Imageviews. Newer galleries only show up once.
For example; when I set to look at the last 30 days, my 'Vacation 1' gallery shows up twice but one entry shows 116 views and the other shows 22. My gallery 'Impregnation and Impreg Risk 1' (my most popular gallery ever) shows 535 for one entry and 223 for the other one.
If I set the beginning date all the way back to Sep 1st, I get 22378 for one and 223 for the other.
Hope this helps get the rest of the bugs out of the system.

the February 7, 2020 you inform us that a person will be assigned to the resolution of statistical errors, already reported since October 2019 and in particular the non-consideration of new galleries. the problem was to be resolved in the weekend.
The following week, for lack of resolution you let us know that the problem is identified ...
3 weeks weeks later, despite the indications provided by each other. We cost that nothing works anymore ...
- dates and accounts are blocked on 21-feb-2020 ... ???
- when figures appear they are signaled 2 times ... ???
- when the galleries appear they are indicated 2 times for the old ones and with different accounts. ???
- the dates being blocked on 21-02 the accounts per day, per week and per month are empty ... ????
- the accounts between 21-02 and today are empty .... ???
despite this, do you report huge consumption of machine time to solve the problem? what for ??
 here is almost 1 month that we turn round!
but what's going on with your developers?

La semaine suivante, faute de resolution vous nous faites savoir que le probleme est identifié...
3 semaines semaines plus tard, malgré les indications fournies par les uns et les autres. On costate que plus rien ne fonctionne...
- les dates et decomptes sont bloqués au 21-fev-2020...???
- quand des chiffres apparaissent ils sont signalés 2 fois... ???
- quand les galleries apparaissent elles sont signalées 2 fois pour les anciennes et avec de decomptes differends. ???
- les dates etant bloquées au 21-02 les decomptes par jour, par semaine et par mois sont vides... ????
- les decomptes entre le 21-02 et aujourd'hui sont vides.... ???
malgré cela vous nous signalez d'enormes consomations de temps machine pour regler le probleme ? mais pour quoi faire ??
voila presque 1 mois que l'on tourne rond !
mais Que se passe-t-il donc avec vos développeurs ?

Okay, I just checked again. I can definitely live with this, and it appears that it will get better and better.

I want to find the relative popularity of my folders, and it looks like all of the folders on or after 24 Feb have the correct data. That would be all galleries with a gallery ID at or over 8615266 (that's the first of my galleries for that date). When I do the analyses I used to do before October, I've got good face validity if I analyze under that constraint.
