New catagory added - Filthy

This has been a long time coming. The 'Filthy porn' category has been added. This will eliminate anyone from seeing such content. The following words added, but not limited to, shit, piss, pissing, scat, crap, diapers, period, menstrual, caviar, golden shower, pee, toilet, pads, terd, turd, poo. Some German translated words also added in. This list will be modified if we feel the need. This is only a start.
