Bilingual comic viewer cbr or png

There is no free program that can view comics in 2 languages. Switching text bubble language with only 1 click. I searched for ages.. nothing.. so if you are a programmer. Help me build one. Can be a irfanview extention or cbr reader extension. Or standalone freeware. Doesnt need to be fancy but do the job. If you wanna help. Please pm me. Namaste. St.Mark
