Question about standing face straddle?

Is it possible for a woman to stand over a person on their knees with both legs over their shoulders and have their face in in their belly? NOT the crotch area. Furthermore is it possible for a BBW SSBBW to do this? I've searched all evening and found no images to help figure this out. In particular I need to see images of the person being straddled with their hands cuffed or restrained. I humbly ask for your help.

Let me rephrase this. A woman is standing upright. There is a person on their knees. Let's call the one on the knees X. The woman stands places both of her legs over X's shoulders. X's face should be in her crotch area. Is it possible for X's face to be in her belly instead of the crotch? If so is it possible for a BBW SSBBW to do this?
