Idiot voters

I am sick and tired of these dickheads (or maybe it's just one really really sad person) who go around voting "1" on every single photo in a gallery. Can I suggest, as a way of eradicating this insipid behavior, that voting is not anonymous? If there was a button we could click on to bring up the list of voters on a photo and how they voted then maybe this boring intrusion into this site would be eliminated. I suspect that hitherto "Anonymous Voter" would be less inclined to spoil things if their anonymity was blown.

My thought is that you're overreacting. Voting makes no difference to the way your pics or galleries are ranked in searches etc, and quite frankly bitching about it is only going to encourage others. Harden up. It's the internet.

True, Fox; The only complaint I'd have would be the bastard was wasting bandwidth to load all that just for the thought of causing someone harm.

There are some free tools here: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools I used to use them when I was a mod at Gamespy. If you have someones IP address, you can do all sorts of lookups there.
