I went on vacation just so I could sit in my hotel room and "chat" all weekend...... "if you know what I mean"...... I really hope it comes back online soon. Any info would be great! Thank you.

Sure it's not perfect, the old chat did some things better like showing who's online and offering a shortcut to their profile, but the only thing that doesn't seem reliable is the status indicator, sometimes I know I'm online, but it shows up as away.

Clearly something's gone wrong overnight/ today.

They might just need to do a system reboot to get it back online temporarily and then spend some time investigating network issues after checking the health of the DB
