Yesterday, while I was browsing the internet, I came across a site that is honestly one of the greatest things I've ever seen. It's called One Submissive Act and it's a very nice site for both dominants and submissives. Submissives can consent to perform one submissive act from the first person that clicks their link, whereas dominants can make any demand they want from the person who clicks their link. Once the submissive has completed this act, they upload a picture of themselves perfoming what the dominant demanded from them. The submissive is never obligated to complete an act if they don't want to (something too hardcore, goes against their limits, etc), so it's pretty safe. Well, as safe as sending a picture of yourself to someone online is. You can make your submission or demands public too, if you want a stranger to tell you to do something, or want something from a stranger.
