In all seriousness, white men should allow their wives or girlfriends to have a Black Man ( a Handler if you will). That's actually a great Idea about only cutting off the penis and leaving the balls. and if the balls are left there is still a way to severely inflict pain when necessary.

I defiantly think it will be a crime for any white man to resist black power and authority.
