1. It happens roughly around once a month, sometimes more often, sometimes less.

2. Usually it's a punishment for me misbehaving

3. I don't play alone. If I'm going to be left for the day, I get put into my "play suit" (basically a modified pair of men's work overalls that I can't unfasten by myself.) There's no way I can use the toilet once it's on. It' very unsexy but it does the job.

4. I get heavily micromanaged by text during the day in terms of doing things around the house (to take my mind off the situation) and drinking plenty of fluid. By midday I'm usually getting desperate to pee and emotional because I know what's going to happen.

5. I always fight it even though I know it's inevitable. The diapers (Tena Slip Maxi) are bulky enough that I can't exactly forget I'm wearing one but I'm always in denial and think this time I can hold on. 

6. Sometimes I make it to 3 or even 4 pm (CCTV of me trying to hold it in would probably be hilarious!) but eventually I'll end up crouching on the floor, wetting myself And then I have to sit in my wet diaper for the next couple of hours.
